Congratulations to the entire Boys Tennis team for being awarded the Team Sportsmanship Award from the Pierce County League for the 2021 season. A special congratulation to Landon Swanbeck for playing in the Singles Championship match in the PCL League tournament. Landon played extremely well and battled into a 3rd set match. Landon finished his Senior season winning 2nd place in the PCL tournament. Also, a congratulation goes to sophomores Andrew Perdue and Sawyer Welfringer for placing 4th in the PCL League Tennis Tournament. Their final match was exciting to watch as they battled into a 3rd set with some really good tennis plays. If you see these players in the hall congratulate them for a great season! If you are interested in play for the Boys tennis team next year, please see coach DeLapp in room 254 for a summer practice schedule.
