Tech Agreement Forms

We’re pleased our voter-approved Technology Levy allows us to provide all students with a Chromebook, especially vital during distance learning. With District-issued devices comes responsibility from both students and parents/guardians to honor proper and effective use of the Chromebook, abiding by SBLSD policies and procedures.

Secondary students sign a Student Technology Agreement Form through their teachers. We ask families of secondary students to please log into Family Access to sign the Family Technology Agreement Form for each child in middle or high school. Families of elementary students should have already signed the agreement at the time Chromebooks were issued to their child.
