This is a practice exam for students who know they will take the SAT later this school year for college applications next year. Of course, keep in mind that since the SAT is no longer a required part of college applications the number of students who still take an SAT has become quite low and really only if they know they need scores for a particular application. No schools in Washington State require a college exam score. This exam, when taken in grade 11, is also the qualifying exam for the National Merit Scholarship Competition run by the College Board. If you want to know more about this look up national merit on the college board website. Space is limited to 110 juniors, the cost is $18 and the test will be given at the start of school on October 18. You will be provided with more information after you register.
