Cert App Requirements

Certificated candidates are required to provide the following in order for the application to be considered complete:

1. Uploaded letter of interest/cover letter for each position for which you are applying
2. Uploaded current resume
3. Employment History tab (all employment) including supervisor contact information
   • Account for all gaps in employment history
4. Education History tab (all education)
5. Reference tab:
   • Enter names and contact information for three professional references (former supervisors).

Additional documents for external candidates or internal non-certificated candidates:

1. Uploaded two professional letters of recommendation
2. Three Confidential Professional Reference Forms returned by your references
3. Uploaded copies of college/university transcripts
4. Uploaded copies of valid, Washington State teaching credentials and/or administrative credentials
