Growing Great Teachers

Teachers who are new to the profession work one-on-one with trained teacher mentors. Mentors design year-long individualized support plans to assist new teachers with curriculum planning, instruction, and assessment; provide opportunities for observation and non-evaluative feedback; arrange for peer observations; provide support for completing the evaluation process; facilitate paid training opportunities and cohort meetings; and offer opportunities for reflection and goal- setting.
