Feb. 15: Financial Planning -- All you want to know about SSI benefits and financial support (ABE accounts) for your loved one. Heather Evans from the Washington Initiative for Supportive Employment (WISE) will be the speaker.

March 21:  Navigating Community Disability Systems -- Join us for information from PC2 (Pierce County Coalition for Developmental Disabilities); Pierce Transit; and Partners4Housing. 

April 18: Guardianship/Legal Issues -- Receive information and ask questions about guardianship options and planning across the lifespan from Pierce County Attorney, James C. Bates. 

May 16: DAA Paperwork Slam -- Meet with Pierce County Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) and partners to learn the importance of DDA services and how to access life-long support.

The Sumner-Bonney Lake School District provides a unique service in the form of a free family information series every year, bringing needed resources straight to families who need them.
