Guaranteed Admission Program Student Data Sharing Agreement

The Sumner-Bonney Lake School District (SBLSD) is excited to partner with seven Washington colleges and universities through a Guaranteed Admission Program (GAP). This program is designed to create greater access to higher educational opportunities for seniors. Guaranteed admission is not free admission.

GAP is focused on students in the 11th and 12th grade. Through data sharing partnerships with Washington school districts and schools, the participating institutions engage with:

  • Students in the 11th grade to ready them for college and familiarize them with college admissions
  • Students in the 12th grade to determine eligibility for guaranteed admission, or if not eligible, to engage through the general admission process

To qualify for the guaranteed admission portion of the program, 12th grade students must:

  1. Meet GPA and course requirements
  2. Meet all Washington’s College Academic Distribution Requirements (CADRs)

The district will share contact information with partnering institutions. Data will not be shared with organizations other than the ones listed below. The institutions will reach out to families directly with information.

Data to be Shared with Institutions:

  • Student full name
  • Student date of birth
  • Student email(s) on record (school, personal)
  • Guardian email(s) on record
  • Mailing address
  • Unweighted cumulative GPA
