Seattle Storm All-Star Educator
Congratulations to Bonney Lake High School Developmental Learning Center (DLC) teacher Lacey Bailey, who was selected as an All-Star Educator by the Seattle Storm!
Lacey was one of five educators recognized on the court during the Seattle Storm’s Back-to-School game on Sunday. She was presented with a $1,000 check from Premera Blue Cross for Bonney Lake High School.
In addition to supporting and educating her DLC students every day, Lacey also coaches the Sumner-Bonney Lake Special Olympics Basketball Team, the Spanthers, and helped lead the team to three state Special Olympics championships.
