FCCLA clubs compete at state conference

✨️Congratulations FCCLA!✨️Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) clubs from both Bonney Lake and Sumner high schools attended the state leadership conference in Spokane last week. Along with leadership sessions and keynote speakers, students had the opportunity to compete in STAR Events to showcase their community service and career projects.

All 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in their respective categories will be advancing to Nationals in Orlando in July. Congratulations to these students who competed! Here are some highlights:

  • Reilly S ran for a state office and was elected as the Region 3 Vice President and was recognized for completing five FCCLA Power of One goal-setting projects.
