Great work continues on these eight construction bond projects. Here is a summary of updates. Click on each project for details.
Sumner High School Phase 2 West Building
- Educational specifications complete
- Schematic design complete
- Refining design development plans (details — such as how much storage, white boards, etc.)
- Received state approval for Construction Manager/General Contractor delivery method (best for complex, tight sites when students occupy buildings during construction)
- Conducting qualifications-based procurement for general contractor/construction managers
Bonney Lake High School Expansion & Intersection Improvement
- Educational specifications complete
- Close to completing schematic design (initial phase of architectural design process)
- Reviewing exterior/interior material and color palettes
- Began civil design of roundabout intersection between BLHS and Mountain View Middle
- New renderings show prominent main entrance and new welcome center
- Conducting focus groups on classroom design
- Received state approval for Construction Manager/General Contractor delivery method (best for complex, tight sites when students occupy buildings during construction)
- Conducting qualifications-based procurement for general contractor/construction managers
- Educational specifications complete
- Site grading complete
- Began schematic design
- Site layout, civil and landscaping under development
- New rendering shows campus taking shape with entry plaza, parking lot, bus dropoff, etc.
- Completed planning meetings and design refinement
- Designing a minipitch (small enclosed soccer field)
- Designing outdoor learning area (green space, native plants)

- Received approval from Tehaleh Architectural Review Committee

Crestwood Elementary and Liberty Ridge Elementary
- Selected architects; contracts signed
