New parent communication tool; register your account

Get ready for liftoff! We’re launching ParentSquare, a new parent communication tool for robocalls, emails, text messages and more. This new tool, which will greatly enhance and streamline family communication, asks parents/guardians to register their account. 

All families should’ve received an invitation to register their account from their child’s school. This would’ve come by email and/or text message. If you didn’t receive an invitation, you can register at Please make sure your contact information is up to date in Skyward Family Access. 

If you need assistance registering your account, refer to the brochure that was mailed to families earlier this week or see step-by-step instructions below.

Direct messages for private or group two-way communication. To receive texts, make sure your cell phone number is in Family Access.


One-way messages over email, text and voice. It's "smart" because the message is first sent as a text. If text delivery fails, the system automatically delivers the recorded voice message.


Two-way, real-time translation supports 106 languages. Allows district staff to communicate with families despite any language barriers.


Downloading the mobile app is the easiest way to receive all Posts, Events, Photos and Files.


Make sure your contact information is up-to-date in Skyward Family Access with your cell phone number in the primary phone field.
