New Middle School in Tehaleh

With approval from the 2024 bond, a new middle school will be built in Tehaleh to relieve overcrowding and creating right-sized classrooms in all middle schools districtwide. 

Current Status: Design

Project details:

  • Constructing a new, state-of-the-art middle school in Tehaleh

  • Up-to-date learning technology, energy efficient systems and controlled school classroom entry, and other modern safety and security systems
  • Adding multi-use synthetic turf field facilities for students/community
  • Land acquired

Timeline:

  • Planning, design & permitting: 2025-2027
  • Construction: 2027-2028
  • Anticipated opening: Fall 2029
