Students enter school while campus safety officer assists

For Ben Striplin, being a campus safety officer at Lakeridge Middle School is about making sure that students feel safe and comfortable when they come to school. Ben is one of 10 Campus Safety Officers in the Sumner-Bonney Lake School District. We thank our community for supporting levies that enable a robust safety and security program.

In case you missed it, KOMO News featured one of our safety measures: our voice/video intercom system, which is outfitted at all of our schools as of this year and adds an extra layer of security. This system was made possible by our voter-approved 2018 technology levy funding.
