Many portions of SHS are old and outdated, with systems requiring increased maintenance. 

Proposition 1 would make districtwide improvements, including rebuilding and expanding Sumner High School to be a modern, safe and ADA-compliant facility.

  • New Performing Arts Center, gym and pool

  • New CTE labs and band room

  • Wider hallways for increased safety and accessibility 

  • Multi-use, lighted turf fields for baseball, fastpitch and soccer
