PROP. 1: Expanded Student Capacity, School Improvements & Safety Upgrades is based upon the community advisory committee’s FUTURE READY recommendations to address K-12 student overcrowding districtwide, make needed basic improvements to address aged and deteriorating schools, and make safety upgrades.

Make technology, health, safety, security, classrooms, fields and infrastructure improvements for the foregoing Projects and other facilities Districtwide:
- Updating learning technology
- Making classroom and facility improvements for expanded career/technical education
- Replacing aging roofs
- Making Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") accessibility improvements to schools and athletic facilities
- Improving mechanical systems for clean air/water and energy efficiency
- Adding multi-use synthetic turf fields for students/community
- Improving health/safety/security
