Staff Safety
The Board of Directors recognizes the requirements set forth in Title 49.17 RCW 296 affecting all work places, employers, and employees in the State of Washington covered by the Industrial Insurance Act, WAC 296-800, to create, maintain, and enhance the Washington Industrial Safety and Health Act.
The Superintendent, or designee shall develop such regulations as are necessary to implement this policy.
