Participation in School Boards' Association
As required by law, the Board Members are members of the Washington State School Directors’ Association. Since the Association establishes the rate of membership dues at its annual meeting, provides model policies and other services in response to members’ needs and develops and implements a legislative program at the direction of its members, Board Members are encouraged to participate in the governance of the association. Dues of each Board Member shall be paid from the funds of the District.
