Procedure for Non-Life Threatening Health Conditions
-
Students with non-life threatening health conditions may require support from the health room. Some examples may include (but are not limited to): heart conditions, encopresis, G-tubes, cystic fibrosis, migraines, and autoimmune disorders.
If you are not sure, please contact health_services@sumnersd.org and someone from our team will contact you to discuss further. Medications administered at school require a medication at school order form completed by your health care provider.
You can find the appropriate documents on our Health Forms page.
