Children may have a range of emotions during this pandemic. If your child is showing unusual behavioral patterns or experiencing an increase in the following behaviors, professional help may be needed:
- Nightmares
- Anger outbursts or aggressiveness
- Worrying or anxiety
- Self-harm comments or behaviors
Most mental health providers will provide online or telephone support during this time. Although, one-on-one meetings with a provider may be an option.
