Google Classroom (GC) is your child’s digital link to learning. Teachers use GC to share assignments, homework, newsletters, and much more with students.

To access Google Classroom, log into the Student Dashboard first.

• Type in the following URL to access the student dashboard:  https://www.sumnersd.org/dashboard
  
  
• Scroll down and click on the HelloID Login button
  
  
• Enter your child’s credentials:
  • Username:  Type in first 5 letters of your child’s last name, followed by the first 3 letters of your child’s first name, followed by 000 for most students. For some students, this may be 001 or 002.
    Username Example = smithjoh000
  • Password:  Enter your child’s password.  All passwords are 8 characters long.
    Password Example = 01591234
    If your child cannot remember their password, email your child’s teacher for assistance.  Visit www.sumnersd.org/staffdirectory for staff email addresses.  
    
    
• Click "submit"
  
  
• You should be successfully signed in with access to Google resources like Google Classroom, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.
