Technology Support

  • Our Technology Department is available to assist students and families with the following:

    • Digital tool login support
    • Chromebook checkout or hotspot
    • Chromebook login support 
    • Technology equipment issues

    For assistance with technical issues during the business day, email or call (253) 891-6111 and leave a message. The technology team will return your email/call within 24 hours. 

    Chromebooks and Hotspots

    Does your child need a Chromebook or hotspot?

    You may pick up Chromebooks at Central Office (1202 Wood Ave, Sumner) on Monday, Wednesday or Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. We will meet you outside. If you are unable to come during business hours, please fill out this form.

    Student Dashboard Login Instructions

    1. Type in the following URL to access the student dashboard:

    2. Scroll down and click on the HelloID Login button

    3. Enter your child’s credentials:
      • Username:  Type in first 5 letters of your child’s last name, followed by the first 3 letters of your child’s first name, followed by 000 for most students. For some students, this may be 001 or 002.
        Username Example = smithjoh000
      • Password:  Enter your child’s password.  All passwords are 8 characters long.
        Password Example = 01591234
        If your child cannot remember their password, email your child’s teacher for assistance.  Visit for staff email addresses.  

    4. Click "submit"

    5. You should be successfully signed in with access to Google Classroom, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc. Review the Parents Guide to Google Classroom (Spanish version) for additional assistance. 

    If you have trouble logging into your Chromebook, or don’t know your child's username or password, please contact your child's teacher for help.   All staff email addresses are available on the District website at
