As a member of our advisory committee, you can help us provide the best education for our students. Please consider sharing your experience with us by joining the Career and Technical Education Advisory Committee.
Advisory volunteers work with a small group of teachers in a specific career area to help ensure we are teaching what students need in today’s workplace. Your time commitment would only be 3 meetings each school year (about 2 hours each) including an end-of-year celebration ceremony.
Program areas include:
- Agriculture, Food & Natural Resources
- Arts, A/V & Communication
- Business, Marketing & Administration
- Health Sciences
- Hospitality & Tourism
- Human Services & Education
- Information Technology
- Skilled & Technical Sciences
Sumner-Bonney Lake School District Career and Technical Education programs need Business/Educator Partnerships to prepare students to be Career and College Ready. Your involvement in the activities and events listed in the survey below will make a difference to a student.
