As part of our efforts to be more environmentally friendly, embrace innovative technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we have transitioned from paper to electronic flyer delivery. To request flyer approval, follow the steps below. Your flyer will be automatically submitted to the Communications Office. The Communications Office will review the material and approve or deny based on compliance with School Board Policy 4060
. Note: For non-profit community organizations not affiliated with the Sumner School District, Peachjar charges a fee for this service that is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to district families and posted online.
Non-profit community organizations not affiliated with the Sumner-Bonney Lake School District are required to submit electronic flyer requests by following these steps:

In accordance with Board Policy 4060 and Board Policy 5137 that prohibits selling or soliciting in schools, Sumner-Bonney Lake School District will post flyers on the District website and distribute approved flyers electronically to families for non-profit organizations, which are youth/education-related. Non-profit organizations within the Sumner-Bonney Lake School District, such as the Recreation Program, ASB, PTA/PTO and school booster clubs, are required to submit electronic flyer requests to the school secretary for uploading and approval.
