    Model the work of professional research scientists at the Februrary 2018 District STEM Fair. Each school will send first, second, and third place entries in addition to two honorable mention entries per grade level on to the District Science Fair.

    The​ ​first​ ​official​ ​progress​ ​reports​ ​were​ ​hand-carried home​ ​by​ ​your​ ​child​ ​on​ ​Thursday,​ ​November​ ​2nd. This​ ​year​ ​students​ ​will​ ​be​ ​bringing​ ​home​ ​their progress​ ​reports​ ​at​ ​the​ ​hexamesters,​ ​(every​ ​six weeks).​ ​​ ​Semester​ ​grades​ ​come​ ​out​ ​in​ ​late​ ​January and​ ​they​ ​will​ ​be​ ​mailed​ ​home.

  • Boundary Revisions

    The Sumner School District is revising boundaries to create an attendance area for the District’s new elementary school and to address increased enrollment. Boundary changes will be effective for the 2018-19 school year.

  • Welcome to the Sumner School District! With a strong pledge to serve children and their families, rigorous academics and learning initiatives ensure a quality education for every child making the SSD a great place to learn! The District serves families residing in the cities of Bonney Lake, Edgewood, Pacific and Sumner, and unincorporated areas of Pierce County. Residency verification is required at time of enrollment.
     

Clubs & Activities

  • Early Learning
    Students have a wide variety of ways to be involved in extra –curricular activities at Lakeridge. Students must purchase an ASB card to participate in club activities.
     
     

Athletics

  • There are a number of extra curricular activities for student at Lakeridge Middle.
