Title I Learning Assistance Program (LAP) Services

LAP services are much the same as Title I services. They are state funded and designed to support those schools not served by Title 1 funds. The school building has the flexibility to designate the service area and target population to maximize the benefit for their particular school. A rule of thumb is that the lowest quartile (25%) are served in the target grades and subject area.
