New Wolf Night at MMS
Join us on May 22, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., for New Wolf Night. All current
5th grade students and their parents are invited to meet next year's 6th grade teachers, learn more about core and elective classes, be introduced to athletic and activity opportunities, and meet their counselor and principals. We look forward to meeting our new students and parents!
Step Up Night
On Tuesday, May 29, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., MMS will be hosting its second annual Step Up Night for next year's 7th and 8th grade students. All current 6th and 7th grade students, and parents, are invited to join us as we share what is in store next year in terms of curriculum, grading, activities, new elective offerings, and much more! Meet the next grade level teachers and hear directly from them about their expectations of you as you move through middle school. We encourage you to attend as it provides an "early look" at what it will take to experience success at the next level of your middle school career!
Mountain View Volunteer Dinner
To show appreciation for our volunteers, all volunteers are cordially invited to dinner hosted by the Mountain View Middle School Staff on Monday, June 11, at 5:00 p.m. in the Library before the last Wolfpack meeting. Come for dinner and plan on staying for the meeting.

From the Library
As we approach the end of the school year, please make sure your child promptly returns their overdue books to our MMS Library. Overdue notices are available on Family Access. Ask your child if they have received an overdue notice and if the book is at home. Please help them locate it and return it to the library. 8th grade students will need to pay their fines before going to the high school.
The Book Fair was a huge success. Thank you to Vickie King, chairperson, and her team of book fair workers: Jennifer Hegland, Jane Mack, Amanda Brock, Michele Lewis, Zohra Haziq, Jolene John, and Jessica Johnson. These people gave their time and energy to run our book fair. Their efforts resulted in a very successful fair. The sales of around $4,900 exceeded last year’s sales and went over the $3,000 mark which will give the school 5% more profit. The profit from the book fair will go to buy additional books for the library. Thank you to all who supported the book fair through purchases.
