Student Waiver Days

The Sumner School District Board of Directors authorized three student waiver days for the 2011-12 school year, which have been approved by the state. These days replace teacher learning days eliminated by the Legislature in the state budget. While the school year calendar is reduced for students, they will still receive over 1000 hours of instruction as required by the state.

All student waiver days are work days for staff and non-student days.
